4” submersible pumps powered by renewable energy sources
Nastec 4HS MultiPower pumps can be supplied by AC or DC power with wide margins of operating voltage (90-265 VAC or 90-340 VDC).
This means that the same pump can be powered by solar panels, mains power, diesel generators or batteries.
When used in conjunction with solar panels, pump speed is automatically adjusted in relation to available solar irradiation.
The MINT Inverter with built-in electronics provides protection against:
- Overload
- Undervoltage
- Power surges
- Dry running
The Permanent Magnet Motor is manufactured to the highest standard and consists of the below features:
- Resined & incapsulated stator made of AISI 304 Stainless Steel
- Water-cooled rotor
- Kingsbury thrust bearing
4HS MultiPower pumps can be installed with or without the surface Control Module (CM).
When installed, the Control Module provides the following:
- Programming of running hours
- Control over input voltage, current and power parameters
- Record and store alarms in relation to dry running, overload, overvoltage
- Ability to connect a pressure/flow sensor or pressure/float switch to monitor pump performance
If the CM is not used, signal cables can be used to control pump start and stop by connecting a float/pressure switch.
Systems are designed according to your individual application requirements and can be supplied with Plug & Play functionality for simplicity of installation.
