4” submersible pumps powered by renewable energy sources
Nastec NERA solar pumps have been developed to meet the needs of low-power and low-cost pumping systems without sacrificing quality, reliability and performance.
NERA pumps are only suitable for DC power sources and feature a wide range of operating voltage (30-190 VDC).
While compact and economical, NERA pumps still offer many of the same features as the 4HS Multipower range and are manufactured in Italy.
The Inverter with built-in electronics automatically adjusts pump speed in relation to available solar irradiation thanks to the Maximum Power Point Tracking algorithm (MPPT), plus provides protection against:
- Overload
- Undervoltage
- Power surges
- Dry running
The Permanent Magnet Motor is manufactured to the highest standard and consists of the below features:
- Resined & incapsulated stator made of AISI 304 Stainless Steel
- Water-cooled rotor
- Kingsbury thrust bearing
NERA pumps can be installed with or without a Stop Module (SM).
When installed, the Stop Module provides the following features:
- Easy connection to PV panels via MC4 connectors
- Start and stop NERA pump by a switch
- Connection of float or pressure switch for pump control via digital input
Systems are designed according to your individual application requirements and can be supplied with Plug & Play functionality for simplicity of installation.
